New Nut November came a couple weeks early..

I fashioned a new nut for my electric guitar out of maple so I can slide.

It has a small slot on the bottom so it can fit over the original nut. That way I can install it whenever I want some part time twang. Here’s what it sounds like:

I still have some practicing to do and fiddling with the equipment to get the sound I’m after but I’m enjoying it so far!
